Congratulations for your pioneering spirit!

Dear Barefoots!

 

I want to congratulatae you for having the first community space on Nexus set up not by the Nexus team but community members themselves, in this case Vibeke, who just went ahead and created it. It is also the first community that grew out from an AoH training, to my knowledge, which has a shared sense of a mission and is supported in realizing it, by a virtual environment.

Dear Vibeke and Koen, After a month of joy and silence, I'm back again. I am extremely grateful to all that have been working hard and sharing in Belgium. Vibeke, thanks for starting up Barefoot into Business. I will come to the Purpose and Principles now. Because of my long digesting of what had happened to me in Belgium and my feeling of humbleness in front of the task of co-initiating Barefoot into Business I was quiet for a long while. Sorry for the bad feelings I may have given you. Looking at the mission and needs, as you have put them on E-Nexus, I have come up with the following remarks and suggestions.  The needs as discussed have stimulated us in formulating this mission or -put in Chaordic terms- "the Purpose" of Barefoot.Searching for inspiration on formulating draft Principles I re-read the AoH Belgium Journal and visited some Chaordic websites. Based on this small research I have come to the following suggestion. See the attachments 1) based on Principles of Chaordic Commons and 2) Center for Human Emergence (Netherlands). Please share with me your own thoughts on possible Principles, and also how to proceed with the other Chaordic Stepping Stones with regard to Barefoot into Business.I am also very curious how you have been doing since a month ago.
