Invitation to explore the development in between ourselves - interdevelopmental thinking, feeling and acting
After the brief knowledge expedition at the Art of Hosting journey, many asked me whether I would run more in-depth workshops on this. Indeed, I do!! Here the invitation for six evening sessions in Brussels. If you like to host a learning expedition, just write to me. This year I am ready to do some travelling :-)
I invite you to
explore the deeper, often "hidden" dimensions of adult development and
its implications for all helping professionals.
On numerous
requests I offer the opportunity to meet in a small learning
group and walk our minds through the development stages of adults. The
seminar sets the foundations for developmental coaching, consulting and
leading.
The documentation is in English, the seminar will have a
French and an English language conversation group with a dedicated
learning coach for each language : Rainer in English (or German), Véronique Angot in French.
The textbook is available for 40 EUR via Pro Action Europe as well as
included in the workshop fee. If you take first the book, its purchase
will be
accounted for the workshops you take later on this.
So I now offer Dr Laske's "Gateway" seminar as a series of six Tuesday evening workshops - the first opportunity in Europe!
The workshops explore some of the following topics, depending on your interests and understanding as you participate.
· Adult development and its unfolding in stages.
· Understanding the four main stages of social-emotional adult development.
· Understanding of cognitive development.
· Interdevelopmental roles of consultant and client.
· From Active to Proactive listening with conscious hypotheses.
Please find more on the programme on the Pro Action Europe website at:

You may register by a simple mail to rainer@pro-action.eu.
I very much look forward to be with you in this small group learning discovery.
