Continuous Collective Inquiry

My question on Tuesday was: What is the difference between Axladitsa and let’s say Findhorn (as most people know this place).
This question came to me because I had a sense there is a difference, but I wasn’t able to name precisely what it was about. The day before I had mentioned Spiral Dynamics (a developmental model for values, cultures and societies), and Sarah wanted to know more about it, as she sensed there were some answers to find there.

We finished breakfast and I started with giving a very short introduction of this model. We then focused basically on the difference between the Green and Turquoise meme (both on the collective line) and what is needed from the Yellow meme (on the individual line), in order to make Turquoise work. (Sorry, if you are not familiar with this model, check out the link.)  It was a very fruitful conversation, and the three of us got so excited that experienced conversation hosts as we are – we couldn’t wait for the previous speaker to finish, to tell our own bit! Happily enough Ulrik had taken care of us by making a good lunch and the flipchart paper went to the side.

The plan to go to the beach didn’t seem right anymore, as we wanted to continue this flow of conversation! This was more into unknown territory… and we used again the talking piece in order to slow down the rhythm of the conversation, so that unarticulated knowing from deep inside could have the time to surface.

This was the line we came up with as the purpose of Axladitsa and beyond: Continuous Collective Inquiry as a way of life, in order to support evolution of humanity.
No small words, indeed. It connected us back to: What makes me tremble?

you have spoken my life

Dear Ria, dear Sarah and Maria...

"Continuous Collective Inquiry as a way of life, in order to support evolution of humanity"

You have spoken my life - add the word "individual" to make it "continuous individual and collective inquiry" and that, in a nutshell, is my own ongoing quest. And I am not alone in this.

Just to say that your intuition and deep sensing during these days is spot on. Trust yourselves to follow your sensing, sisters. I'm right there with you!
