Open Space day in intergenerational gathering
Tagged with:
In the hosting team it felt high time to open the space.
In silence we invited people to contemplate on the question: What do I need to take my next level of pioneering?
I guess some 20 sessions were posted and the marketplace was immediately filled with life and negotations about timing etc. I can't mention all the sessions, but I offer here the harvest of the day. Maria and Filiz had offered a Harvest Poster, with on
- the right/East/Vision: What is the vision - higher perspective?
- the bottom/South/Community: Who is invited? Who is needed?
- the left/West/Action: What is the specific action or project?
- the top/North/Leadership: What is the new path you are creating?
Here are the elements of the next level of pioneering that we are seeing:
- Taking action locally in our own place. To deepen our learning and groun it; and connecting these places to one another.
- Importnace of silence, presence, coming to the essencde, fine tuning authenticity.
- Reflecting on our own practices:: What is next to learn? Adding more rogor, discimpline, study...
- Emergent and immersion learning.
- Inquiries to translate our emergent paradim in new structure of ownership, governance etc.
- Spiral Dynamics and other developmental models and the importance of translating our tools and methologies into the (local) context..
- Nature as learning space and partner.
- The practice of clear call and invitation.
