Our collective leap!
Today is Thursday. I am back home in my ‘normal’ work, giving several individual coaching sessions during the day. The Axladitsa Guardians gathering, which finished last Friday, is still very much present.
First of all I want to give you the link to the pictures I took during that time. I added some descriptions here and there, in that way it became a little story on its own.
The Guardians of Axladitsa received the harvest document in the mean time, and you can download it here too. I want to tell how fun, important, scary it was to co-create it together on the spot. It is not like any other document I have every ‘produced’! The act of creating it was totally new.
Maria, Sarah and myself know ourselves well enough to be aware of being on comfortable ground or not. We knew there was a collective leap to take, in order to walk our own talk. We weren’t sure what this leap was about… so we reconnected with our personal trembling points we shared on the first day of the gathering. They all pointed out in the direction of: speaking our knowing, writing, being visible in the world… so this is what we had to do: write our harvest together – from our collective inquiry – and make visible in the world what we know!!!
Sarah had just started to post her writing in this blog, now already making the next leap? Would I be able to hold the sourcing space in myself while writing together? Maria, being practical, got out her laptop and we started…
Of course we were not sure, but we jumped off the cliff like the Fool in the Tarot cards. This kind of leap gives me always an energized, exciting feeling: something is going to happen, I don’t know what it is, but it is a feeling of being very alive and full of expectation!
And we just did it, in our own feminine way, while cleaning the vegetables and tending the fire to grill the chicken. Oh, how do I love this kind of flowing live, where everything is integrated!
It was so wonderful to end our gathering by finishing this article. The cycle was complete. No loose threads to be taken care of whilst again back home, but energy and attention free to take the next step. To me this seems like the next step in good harvesting. Many people write different little pieces of reflection during the gathering, and in the end things fall into place in one bigger piece of writing. Sarah’s last writing was just perfect to start and Maria saw later that it provided the structure for the whole piece! It only needed a little more precision and some rearrangement.
I am more than happy we did the collective inquiry and the collective harvest and I am wondering what comes next…
