Second Guardians Gathering - Learning the turquoise language

27thMay 2008

What does it look like to become lost in the Green? To be over-focussed on many people – what they are – what they do – what my connection is to them, or not… Result – confusion, heart space crowded…Full – buzzinghead. I want to move out of this energy…integrate what I need to.

Today I became intrigued with Spiral Dynamics. My attention was drawn to the Green, Yellow and Turquoise in particular. Ria explained the pattern –the parallel streams of the individual and the collective – the dance between the levels – the buzz words to give more meaning – the integration of that which needs to be called back… Perhaps that is what we mean by going to the next level!!! Are we moving towards a time of collective consciousness –in order to co-create the future that is aligned with life – or is collective consciousness actually what we are co-creating? What if Turquoise, Coral, Teal are the levels that wholeness resides in. What if we are wishing to call ourselves, our families, our communities, our world into collective consciousness? What would life be like… and then what would be possible if we co-created from this place? Which ‘streams’ would show up –practices, practitioners, inquiries – moments in time, that call us to presence the now ‘new’ order? What is waiting to be fused into a new pattern of natural design for the next level of evolutionary human kind?

The beauty of turquoise

Sarah, this speaks to me - this is the inquiry I am living day by day, moment by moment, as I move through the spiral as I witness it around me. We are on it and it is in us, and conversance with it's worldviews and languages is part of the skilful means which can help us to call the world into the collective consciousness that you invoke. Without it, we cannot bring the world with us, removing the blocks that keep so many billions of souls blocked at the cruel lower levels, unable to breath the air of freedom, to bask in the light of safety and abundance - the simplicity of wholeness that is the birthright of us all.
