The 5 to 6 breaths of process design

Hi mates, this is how i today see the 6 breaths:

* the 0 big breath is the one that holds them all

* the 1 is the breath of responding to the call that creates the calling team

* the 2 is the breath in which the call is transfomed into a purpose and the first calling question that creates  the core team and the right to invite others into this first level of clarity

* the 3 breath is the preparation breath in which the core team creates the invitation, the design and the space / venue for more folks to gather for the larger conversation to take place

* the 4 breath is the actual large scale stakeholder conversation that gives birth to large scale emergence and a new practice for more folks who own the purpose together

* the 5 breath is the new practice, implementation, next steps of wiser actions etc.....

and then it can spin back to breath 3 again

and it spirals in all 6 breaths

Thank you mate...and then I see strings that extend from the great undifferentiated unknown across the threshold of longing which is where the call is born in one heart, a call that grows and soon becomes the first breath.  And then one more string that extends from the new practice towards the threshold of memory, across which everything we have done is forgotten, dissolved only into the ripples that spread outward from the point that was our impact in the world.  For me thse strings connect the five breaths of conscious relationship to the big breath that surrounds us all.

Lovely.

Chris what you are wording here is a birth.

That first breath and the cry for help when a child is born. - and then the death - all part of the cycle of life - one huge breath.
