Learnings

In a new attempt to start up the triangles (workgroups within the new organisational paradigm) I noticed one good learning offered by Maria and Sarah:

"We are learning that offering clarity and then inviting others into inquiry is really important to keeping triangles working well."

I hope they will elaborate on this in the future!
