Stewarding the AoH Fellowship
Below you find the first conversation about Stewarding the AoH web, which was harvested and posted here. Below this are some follow-up conversations, posted as comments - best to read them from bottom to top, if you want the in chronological order.
What emerged from a conversation with Toke Møller and Ria Baeck on Sept 24, 2007; with questions added by Donna Alvorado
We see in the AoH work like three different branches that are differentiating. One is the AoH trainings,
next one is the Learning Centers, who use the AoH as OS;
and the third is the high level strategic, systemic work. Underneath all this is probably a deeper branch: holding the pattern.
There is a need for the Stewardship to come together around this and we think these are some of the questions:
1) What is really emerging in the Fellowship and its work in the world? Here is also a link with the World Café Stewards, as they are likely seeing the same dynamics.
2) If all this is emerging, how do we host the next level of the hosting pattern? What is the guardian pattern, the DNA-pattern?
3) What kind of supporting systems do we need to hold the space for this ongoing emergence and connectivity? part of this is the website and ENexus, and the link between them.
We talked about applying our own pattern of holding space for ourselves, for the warriors ‘out there in the world’ where much is at stake. This holding space needs to become more conscious, held in awareness. The language about this ‘holding space as work’ needs to deepen and become more articulate.
When the Stewardship comes together the purpose is for these branches to weave together, and rest together.
We tried to sense what is the real emergence about Borl, the place where a lot of these branches – initiatives were born…
Agreed: Toke will send out an invitation to Donna, Tom and Tim to have a first skype call around all this.
*****
Donna’s questions:
Here are some quick thoughts I have:
Where is this AoH impulse going in the world?
What is emerging now that there are many trainees, apprentices, practitioners at all levels?
How can we as stewards, and the entire AoH circle, host their/our continuing unfoldment?
How is the AoH practice supporting communities in their evolution?
How is AoH becoming a collective practice?
What are the seeds of a new economy that could be manifested through AoH and its practitioners?

AoH Stewards gathering June'08 - what is the calling question?
Art of Hosting Stewards Gathering – Call 2
(May 19, 2008)
Check-in: What or how is the AoH bubbling up in you now?
Tim
• relaxing into the work – to enter into the dance
• not feeling like work
• may not be AoH – it’s really beyond definition or name
• what is it when the art of hosting dissolves and this becomes who we are?
• AoH is one way, there are lots of others – drawn to working with people who are in different practices
• AoH is drawn by desire to get to what is beneath the methodologies
• what is underneath all these different patterns – AoH, U-theory, deep democracy, etc.
Bob
• it’s not a ‘thing’ for me – I get to play with like minded people – serious play
• “like-minded people” means – we all know when it’s right and when it’s not – doesn’t happen in other contexts so much
• AoH is not the techniques, not the name, not where it’s going – it’s the people I feel really connected to – can have any name, can do any particular techniques as long have sense of expansiveness to it with mates
Kathy
• what Bob said resonates a lot for me
• when people are talking about work they achieve, I automatically go to AoH in thinking about how to approach that work
• there is greater readiness and willingness to move until ‘get it’ to ‘right place’
• field we do design work naturally lets us go to the edges, and not settle for ‘good enough’, even when not working with a seasoned hosting team as long as they’re ready to go to the edges
• where we’re going/working people are receptive to this field
• what’s bubbling up for me is frequency with which it’s showing up
• my more deeply held intentions to be doing more of this work and want people doing this work with me to be risking that as well
• it’s the one field I practice in where authenticity comes easily and people are willing to take risks they don’t take elsewhere
Ravi
• Shambhalla 2007 in Thomas Hurley’s module – How to grow AoH into a steward-full org?
• Axladitsa in November – immersion in presencing for each other, for AoH
• we are looking at how AoH can grow to its next level – growth includes looking at the shadow
• there seems to be a reluctance to look at shadow in AoH
Ria
• shadow is not only a bad thing – it can also be a potential that we don’t take up as a whole web of practitioners
• I decided recently that I do want to start a program in Flanders to start meaningful conversations to get people ready for what is knocking at the door
• there isn’t much harvest about these kind of big processes – so powerful if we know the story from Columbus, etc.
• knowledge that’s in the web is not available to everyone – is part of the shadow, too – taking this full potential and what is really, really possible
What are the patterns that we heard here and in other conversations that could inform us to form a question that is magnetic for others to join us?
• stopping, tuning in and listening to what the AoH is becoming – listening to blind spots as well as successes (blind spots and bright spots)
• work is evolving and we’re not sure what it’s evolving into
• connecting with like-minded people
• shadow could take the network to next level
• is there also something about entering the world in an active way – set up projects like the Shire – different energy than facilitating a process – active offering/stepping forward
• until now, mostly AoH meaningful conversations – seem to be two ways of actively offering – AoH meaningful places/spaces and AoH meaningful communities (like Columbus and Halifax)
• is there something about AoH meaningful battles
• have some mistrust of structures, and also know how useful structures are – wouldn’t want structure for protection, but maybe structure for activity
• really AoH is a field – recognized immediately – structures emerge from field to do a certain thing – when need is over, structure disappears
• what is wanting to be born out of the field at this particular time/place – may be needed for a time, then discarded
• evolution is about adapting to circumstances, not about getting better
• the field wants to get better, not evolve
• I’m very dedicated to the field, and to the structure at a particular time
• my stewardship defines the field
Invitation
Join friends to explore the Art of Hosting and what it is becoming. This is an opportunity to become consciously engaged with our field so we can ride with it - we will sense into the bright spots and blind spots as fuel for our conversations and time together.
What is the call from the world to the Art of Hosting field?
What do we need to answer that call?
What structures are emerging now to serve the Art of Hosting?
What is wanting to be born out of the field to serve the Art of Hosting at this time?
What type of beer do you want around the campfire?
What is the purpose of the AoH Stewards gathering? March 3, '08
March 3, 2008.
Toke, Chris C., Donna, Bob W., Thomas Uefer, Ravi and Kathy.
The purpose of the call: what is the next level arising? and when can we meet?
Acknowledgment of emails suggesting that we first sense into the purpose.
Check-in: What is bubbling around this purpose - the next level of this work - and a next gathering?
What do we mean about the next level? And around the core, the impulse of the aoh - the underlying stream - the philosophy... awakening to the core: the emergent spirit... what is at the core in each of us to stay passionately engaged with this emergent pattern?
There have been conversations with Toke and Tim - relating to question: what is the next level? - at Shambala last year: the thread that become visible out of the stories of Kufunda, Columbus-Ohio, the Shire - Axladitsa in November '07 : something is emerging! From the handful of stewards now it takes on a life of itself. There seems to be a need. Borl in '09 is too far away, there needs to happen something now.
At Shambala in the module of networked organizations, we talked about AoH as a networked ‘organisation' - what might the next level look like? How to steward it? And making sure to stay accessible to all people who want it?
If we talk about next level, it is a natural step in evolution/unfolding. It is about more complexity - bigger pictures - and also more embracing. A lot is happening - we need to look at different layers - more to be held in the world - more complexity - more diversity, but a next level is also something inside. Related to blog post Chris Corrigan wrote on K'e - it is something we have inside.
It is also about embodiment - how to embody the circle/open space?
Our work can be seen as a sphere - the sphere has to grow bigger, and also have a movement, a deepening to the inside.
There is a lightness of being in the pattern of aoh. Instead of teaching what we know, we teach what we don't know. We explore always the edge of our learning. One way of understanding of what is core: the simplicity of what the Navahos call K'e. What is this thing? The quality of relationships between people... also in terms of in ways we work together in community, which shares this inquiry. Am experiencing being increasingly light and committed, what is in the centre: the spaces in between us. It helps us to crack some of the toughest challenges. Desire for a gathering with sharing some learnings and also ask the question: what else? We have some impressive maps, but what else has been discovered in the world? It would be good to be together with all these crazy people... The warriors of joy are gathering: what is our work now?
An interesting insight as a newcomer. The pattern of villages ... How to work together as a community? We are getting into this pattern of co-creation. The real power is the unknown: let's discover together! Hoping more people will come to the gathering. I/we want to use every opportunity to come ‘closer'. The evolution is increasing, speeding up, more complexity...
This call does what was hoping for: an ongoing inquiry, the continuity of learning. When an organism grows, some parts of it specialise. ... a solid sort of way... tends to make the conversation less interesting. When it reaches a certain point the world start to notice, and want to make something out of it. I don't want it to become ‘a thing', but an ongoing conversation. It takes a great deal of centeredness to stay in the conversation. The complexity is reminiscent of the really complex Celtic knot patterns. If you see the overall pattern, it is not so complex. Maybe that is our purpose here. How to respond to what is present? Maybe some little magic is possible: to respond before something is really present.
Feel touched by everything I've heard in this conversation. Stem cells, essence, ... my favorite scripture Tao te Ching says: "Tao or life is mother of all things. Stay with her and you will be in harmony...follow her children and you will get confused".
This deep sense of letting go into that - those practices and conversations that allow me to arise a deeper and simpler place of consciousness. Through this consciousness I can see deeper in the pattern. It can happen only now. It can only be ‘with the mother'... the cracking of the questions and the work we are in... I seek that part in me that goes to consciousness, and knows that love is more real than anything else. I would love to have some time together; appreciating the call from Ravi and Tim. This session attracts me and I will show up. This work is much bigger than anyone of us can hold. I am seeking this inquiry in the middle: how to live this life in beauty... together with you and others to create these fields of consciousness...
Having hosted a merging of two schools on Saturday: in the open space was one session with adults - I asked two children in the middle to draw the school they wanted. 2 hours later the adults realized the girls had actually drawn what they were talking about! I want to be in those experiences, also with my mates, in this unknown place; where we cross the barriers. I hold the intention - if we do it in June and some people can't make it - it is an Open Space, anyone can call a session. I enjoy the collective silence that gives rise to the new...
More questions to explore now?
Silence for some time...
Question to Ravi to make more explicit about the gathering in June.
Ravi: This call is very helpful, after the conversations - by the time you are talking about the next level, it is already there. We need conversations to move this forward. It is a gathering of the stem cells here. Are there any expectations?
Chris: I'm very comfortable to spend a few days in open space, and give attention to what is in the centre. Give us a question that invites us deeply into co-learning space and invite us with light hearts, open hearts and curiosity. I go with what Toke, Bob and Donna were saying. A couple of days in Open Space in the Shire will be a very good place to be.
Toke: from what Chris is saying and from my own thinking... what became conscious... when first together in Borl: from working with processes and coming to: our work as an art. It always had this lightness in it - staying away from shoulds and rules; I have a longing to come together. This work has more to do with the invitation from the heart, the simpler the better for me. In Kufunda we were doing the work and also exploring what we were learning as we were doing it, but to do it intentionally for more days is what I need. What Thomas was saying... The invitation for this kind of gathering should be an opening to invite more people into the centre, into the stewardship - not just ‘the old ones'.
Question raised by Ria, regarding a conversation forum on Evolutionary Nexus, that was opened for these kind of conversations between the stewards: should it be only read/write for stewards, or also for other members of ENexus?
Ravi: I like to have transparency; I will certainly open a session about it in June. Some people think there is some hierarchy; there seem to be some confusion ‘out there'.
Donna: It is helpful to have transparency; as we were speaking here about lightness, openness etc. Maybe it could be a summary of what was spoken... doesn't need to be the transcript, but do indicate who was in the conversation.
Toke: I feel that the invitation to come to the gathering in June - or any other - should be posted on the AoH list. Who is a steward has to do with passion and responsibility; we have stepped forward to hold and protect and exploring... we will not train people in this gathering. We open up to learn from what has happened so far, but in a way that is respectful to how it has occurred...
This is a continuation of the stream of what I and Donna leaned forward into 2 1/2 years ago... our responsibility is now shifting to a bigger circle... I was hosting this call, but I will not host the next one and will go to the rim regarding this gathering.
Donna: I echo what Toke said: I too will now step back from the center space, and will hold our circle from the rim.
Check-out: a few words for closing, and how to go from here...
I love all of you! It is just a gift to work and live in a community like this!
I am in this work and in this conversations because it is so important; self-leadership - hosting ourselves - it is impossible if we don't do that. Idea of all over the world around this self-leadership is certainly one of the draws to come to this gathering. I will contribute to make it happen.
I appreciate the opening, and am feeling very welcome. First time in PoC it was the same feeling: self-selection is so important and it started with an invitation. I appreciate all of you, looking forward to meet all of you.
You all inspire me to stay connected to what is in the centre of my life.
Thank you! It is the simplest thing, but it is reconnecting and inspiring. Practical suggestion is to reply to the list that Ria sent.
Thank you. I love when I can let go to be present, with no other concerns. I can trust.
In Kufunda we said:.......maitabsssa - meaning thank you in Shoona
This was just good, thank you.

Hi all...
I'm just having the opportunity, after all this time the chance to read and reflect on these notes. Wonderful
images of inter-weavings, inter-patternings, colors floating and evolving into each other's streams and the
larger stream gently flowing forth between the rocks and eddys of life unfolding around the globe in so many different "tough" situations--but the stream, the deep common stream, even with it's unique tributaries, continues its flow from the Source, finding it's varied niches and pathways and yet still coming
from and returning to the common Source....
Lovely images on a quiet afternoon overlooking Biscayne Bay in Miami on a coast far away from our beloved Tomales Bay of California....yet with the same sense of quietude....and of possibility.
Blessings and thanksgiving to all of you,
Juanita

Hi all,
Tenneson, Christina and I are also in… we are listening deeply into questions the various roles within hosting teams (have some draft language) and also how to support the growth of AoH in a way that is truly healthy for the work and the web. We’re seeing a lot of “new requests” growing out of Art of Hostings and see that we are needing some new forms to support this growth in a healthy way.
We’ll be writing about our questions soon AND know we need council from the stewards to do this well and in right relations.
When shall we have these calls??
Love,
Teresa

Dear Toke and all,
Now that I have had the delicious experience of working with Tenneson, Teresa and Chris in the PA/NY AofH, and the opportunity to see how the form has developed since its seeding on Whidbey four(?) years ago... I feel able to join this conversation with fresh understanding and dedication to stewardship and growing the generations of hosts. So, I am in... I have Skype, not yet in Enexus, but will register as necessary.
I would also like to suggest that Toke, as host of this call, and others of us as stewards of hosting inboxes as well as circles, think about when to send comments reply all and when to send just person to person. My inbox gets so flooded with emails all with the same subject name that I cannot trace what it happening and tune out or delete... I understand we don’t want side-bar conversations in which things are decided without necessary collaborative thought, but let us collectively tend to our e-gathering as well. For example, Toke could make a list of all who have joined to think together on these questions, let us know... And put the email list into the BCC column. Just a thought.
The photos are beautiful... And Toke, the one with you in Kufunda with Alex is really a photo of your soul. I will take on the editing of the book in the new year.
Love and blessings in the hosting round.

Hi dear ones,
David and I are on a "timeout" of sorts during this next period, but I too, am happy to be a witness to the unfoldings and contribute where I can. I know our dear Tom Hurley, who is helping to steward the global development of the World Cafe will be offering whatever wisdom he can from the "world as cafe" and "network of networks" perspectives to this wonderful mutual unfolding of our lives and work all streaming from a common Source. Blessings on this effort!
And, dear Toke, have a great time with the AoH in Brazil. Our kindreds await you there!
Fondly,

Dear all…
Thank you Ria, Donna, Tom and Toke for holding the community core of AOH and the questions that can guide us wisely towards a next level of leadership for the AOH.
I feel like being a part of a emergent community of practioners, fellows and stewards of the AOH where the pattern of who is positioned it what role is not as important as to strengthen the relation between us and our shared wish to wisely hold AOH in the future to come.

How can we best host the emergence of the next level of AoH?
Dear stewards - of your selves - and the Art of hosting and harvesting questions and conversations that matter.
Here you can find a few photos from some of the many gatherings and conversations this year 2007 to remember the feeling of this work and all the people it touches.
Ria, Donna, Tom Hurley and I have had recently had a wonderful conversation and listening into the center of the hosting the stewardship around the question that was born in the open space session at the AoH on Aoh in Belgium in June.
How can we best host the emergence of the next level of AoH steward and fellowship?
What does it really mean to steward and host forth stewardship ?
See our harvest here and the listening piece - a Scottish ancient Bowl of Welcome below
We would like to call a intentional conversation on questions like these.....
How to host the next level forth?
What are we seeing?
What are we not seeing?
What could we invite, and what forms could it take - how do we host each other... ?
- what are the fruitful differences between the streams of this work? - they have the same source... it is spreading into the world; into places we could never imagine?
Who is the practitioner that we are seeking to support?
How do we recognise and/or embody grandmother consciousness ?
What are the minimal, elegant next step... for the emerging stewardship of the AoH?
What are we noticing? what are minimal, elegant next steps? collectively? individually ?
What are your questions and learnings as practitioner and steward of this work ?
We would like to use 5 ways .....
- a conversation by skype / free conference call - Donna, Tom, Tim, Ria and I will call and host the first one soon
- live meetings whenever some of us can get together - Art of Harvesting is coming up at Axladitsa soon
- Ria has opened a forum on ENexus (this one here), where the core learnings and new questions of these live meetings can be posted and the conversation can go on.
You can now register yourself on the site!
- a gathering at the Shire, after the Shambhala Institute in June '08
- Call a gathering at Borl in 2008 or 2009 where we can all be together for some time
- and many other practitioners from this and other fellowships being in the same Work
Please let us know
- how you would like to join in ?
and
- who else do you feel is part of the AoH stewarding emergence?
With love and respect for what you give and offer in our world
- Donna, Rian, Tom, Tim and Toke
Next conversation: Toke, Donna, Ria and Tom H.
initiated by Toke Møller;
invited: Donna Alvorado, Tom Hurley, Ria Baeck (and Tim Merry couldn’t make it)
October 9, ’07.
Opening by Toke: How can we best host the emergence of the next level of AoH fellowship? Special thank you to Tom as our 'uncle' and bringing his experience in from the TWC. A silver welcoming bowl, 'a cup' as talking piece.
Check-in:
Donna: coming out of a WE of Aikido with Bob Wing. In my heart: a sense of quiet peace, consciousness that we can access - everything that we need is available - it is there for us. That emerging consciousness is the heart of my engagement with AoH. Not about the glamour!
Tom: Good to settle in into the silence of our circle. In my heart an awareness of how stretched I have been recently. Not enough time to "be with”... coming back deeply to myself here. Also a deep compassion I have been (working) with... the people are very stressed or on the verge of taking a huge next step... what is this calling forth from us? How can our web be knit together more powerful, and what does the web need?
Ria: Holding the question of: " When I'm holding space, what am I actually doing?" What does this mean at macro level when more and more people are doing systemic level of work; who and how are we holding space for these people? What is asked of this kind of leadership? Feels like two poles: one is going out in the world and the other is holding space in the background. So what is actually holding space for this leadership?
Toke: Grateful for many things: we can rest in the circle, with ease and no struggle. What does it mean to be at home in the circle? In my head I don't know it, but in my being I know. This presence that moves... if feels really wonderful... an ever changing kaleidoscope... I know that newness can arise... Do you remember a time in your life, when you didn't know what was the purpose in your life? This asking is a long time ago for me... we are living it! It feels good that we take our lives and the work we are in... call each other in... I was invited to the European gathering of the network of facilitators: I brought the question in: What is the next level of this kind of work? ... the loneliness of the people doing this fun and difficult work. Part of our network: to feel connected, alone but not lonely! Tickling feeling - surrendering into, the fierceness of the spark of life within... flows in one direction... enjoy the feeling when we start to speak about it. It is not a time to feel lonely or exhausted!!
Question in the center: How to host the next level forth? What are we seeing? What are we not seeing? What could we invite, and what forms could it take - how do we host each other... the difference between the streams - they have the same source... it is spreading into the world; into places we could never imagine.
Donna: Picking up the line AoH consciousness is touching people who are not aware; beyond people in the trainings or in the learning centers, beyond the methodology... Who is the practitioner that we are seeking to support? create connection with? I really resonated with: Who or what is holding space for this level of leadership? How can we acknowledge and support the hosting of people that are not "jang" - out there in the world? Which may be in silence, and easily overlooked.
Ria: In my last conversation with Toke I spoke about my own ‘holding space’ and being aware of other holders - mostly women - Ann Dosher, Ann Linnea and others I don’t know. I guess we need some language to make the invisible visible – or maybe more conscious - for the outside world. For the future it will be important to know that holding space from a silent place is part of ‘the work’.
Toke: I want to honor and add another holding: the callers, like Phil Cass etc. Sometimes we played the role of callers too. The uncertainty of the big question. which delicacy and potential; also a risk - unknowingly to begin to create form that is maybe not needed later on... I am in the trembling of this question. The people who are stewarding, alongside with us, ... part of my trembling is I don't want to be part of another organisation or certification... this is not part of this DNA.. maybe can be born deeper questions... our systems are not wise and resilient enough to support us to a more human way.
Tom: What arises for me as I listen... holding space, what is this? Mostly women, a special kind of holding space: I name it: embodiment of grandmother consciousness. It is vital for this time. I see that this experience that we call 'holding space' is in itself a kind of guidance. In a sense of resting themselves in the heart of life; embracing all that they are holding with love that holds all they are holding ... in the heart... allow ourselves to be present with that. Quiet important to me. In a different way... minimal, elegant next step... memories of conversations with different groups... series of conversations... among those who are living into a question together... these are not task orientated, the group comes together around a deep question, we all live in day to day... in coming together around the question... what are we noticing? what are minimal, elegant next steps? collectively? One thought is, (same question in TWC community - global stewards; also in Berkana and in Shambala) might we invite at least one person of these other communities to meet in this way; on a regular basis; to hold this question about this intricate living whole?
Toke: Thank you Tom. I was feeling this alignment between what I am seeing emerging and this feeling of holding what is emerging; and also being held by it. There is a certain quality of listening, of speech and questioning. We find our lives to be shaked... it is an elegant next step... ………….
Tom: Your mindfulness about not creating forms that are not needed is very wise. The form about being in conversations about questions that matter is ... we can trust this form; it is light and resilient. We don't create another form until it is wise to do so.
Donna: I really appreciate the question: what is stewardship at this time, regardless of the forms that we are engaged in, or teach... new ways of engaging... dialogue... I like that a lot, it is at the heart of hosting: being as radically focused and open and compassionate and discerning of what is happening in the moment. That is for me stewardship: how can we be a practitioner, unless we are doing it from the ground of stewardship? ... aoh is part of the larger pattern of stewardship... of that what is needed in the word now.
Toke: Maybe a way forward is that we would each sense into who we would call into this conversation. I would love to call it and host it; with you all.
Tom: I'm happy and honoured to be a caller with you. In the notes that you and Ria send out... about castle Borl... we could consider framing a gathering of those of different networks.
Toke: That makes perfect sense to me! Many reasons: we would like to invite many people into this conversation - and they would like to invite others too. Too many to be on a conference call.... It would give great purpose to a gathering in Castle Borl... aoh and learning centers were inseminated there... that would be a wonderful call! It is already in the air, and many people said they would come if we call it. What do we remember about stewardship from deep inside? 100-200 people??
Ria: deep sigh = this is the right thing to do
Toke: In Borl nobody can bring personal agendas. Miha said: "they will explode in your face". Neutral ground to go into creating, enjoyment, release; it holds incredible depth! Right into the middle of Europe.
Tom: We have expanded our circle into many networks - important for where I am living right now - and I want to honour the question from the AoH network - related to the global stewardship in TWC - my suggestion is that we look for opportunities or make it an intentional practice to invite people in from other networks. Intentional weaving, and recognising the essential, the contribution of each.
Toke: I really welcome to co-call and co-host the next conversation. Sandra Yanoff - one of the co-holders of Future Search - she completely belongs to this conversation, they have a big network too. There is a need for a conversation for stewarding AoH; we want to be in conversation around that too.
Tom: thanking for inviting me to this call – feel honoured to be invited for other calls.
Closing: Check-out from the heart:
Ria - smiling – body feels totally aligned. This means: we are spot on. Finally the gathering in Borl is becoming clearer. How do we go about setting a date?
Toke: Thank you for joining me, the big eye is opened... My celtic bowl will travel to Borl... 150 people... the time has come to bring all wisdom traditions to come together in one circle, one web in this great turning. For beauty and strengthening the work we are in.
Donna: I am very happy to continue the conversation. What kind of container might best be created to explore these questions around stewardship? How we begin to invite others, to serve the fellowship... define the next level... hold space individually and collectively... Also very intrigued by coming together at castle Borl, about the macro - global level... and looking forward to meet in person.
Tom: I remember a few years ago drawing a little thing: three different dimensions about the work we are doing: First: What is the heart, the essence of the work, the DNA? We will continue that also at castle Borl. Then there is the periphery of the circle, the leading edges, the creative forms, new ways of being of relating... an unfolding, dynamic edge. Last there is in between the networks, these get interwoven, connections are occurring. Mindful to work on the centre, and the periphery and on the connections. Holding space for these different spaces might look different... thank you for holding each other with love and co-presence.
Toke: Last invitation to all of us: Who do I feel is part of the interconnected circles... who do you feel is part of the AoH stewarding emergence. This harvest could be part of the invitation to send out. ENexus can be the online space for connecting these communities…
Ria: ENexus was envisioned by George exactly for that: for supporting the people and the communities who look further than there own; who are interested in sharing ideas and practices; interested in working together; discovering the patterns beneath it all…
