Check-in question: Personal consequences that we would appreciate?
What would I appreciate as valuable personal consequence(s) of my full engagement with the work of the Nexus hosting team?
What does "full engagement" mean? It certainly does not mean "full time." It means recognizing the community's well-being as one's own, and honoring it according to one's talents and capacity. To me it also means that the participation in the hosting community of Nexus should provide valuable support to one's livelihood, as suggested by a comment Toke made in the Open Space session on Connecting Our Conversations.
If you want, hold the "valuable personal consequence" question for a moment, look into it while silencing the inner chatter... with a few deep breaths...
My guess is that the more we know about each other's dreams and aspirations, the better we can support them. The stronger we hold each other in our highest potential, the stronger the hosting community and its capacity to support the global community of practitioners will grow... That's why I'd like to invite all members of the hosting team to take that question into our contemplation.

I love it, Vibeke!
Thank you for bringing in this research, Vibeke - joining the dots.
As coincidence would have it, George, Ria, Simone, Rainer and I (among others) were at a meeting at the Brussels hub yesterday evening. It is still in its infancy, and going through the inevitable teething pains, but what a beautiful project.
Your intuition that our space here is based on similar principles seems very rich and appropriate to me.
Land lording a Hub in outer space -tasting my own words 2nd day
Land lording
According to Vikipedia a Landlord is “the owner of a house, apartment, condominium, or real estate which is rented or leased to an individual or business, who is called tenant.” Hmm, that was not what I meant – you cannot own knowledge etc. Can you be the caretaker of online conversations and communities? Yes, that is the essence for me in land lording.
A Hub
Just learned in Brussels what a Hub is, and it is very magnetic to me (http://thehubbrussels.pbwiki.com/). Everything is possible in a Hub bound to earth as it is by physical property and infrastructure as it is (land lording again
).
I am very attracted to the principles of a Hub (taken from the Brussels’ Hub site) and I find it very applicable to our path:
And all this is key to me (deleting the red text though)! And what I want to manifest is all this but WITHOUT the anchoring in terms of physical property etc. And that is how I perceive our conditions – and potentials.
In outer space
‘In outer space’ is my ‘Toy Story’ picturing of a mission beyond. We’re in the business of land lording a global community of practitioners and this with no physical anchoring, thus in "outer space".
Land lording a Hub in outer space
Let’s celebrate that we have no anchor, take our path and co-create our manifestation - our home.
Land lording a Hub in outer space?
How will my engagement in the Nexus hosting team go hand-in-hand with reaching my highest potential?
All my dreams and aspirations have a common denominator, namely the perception of oneness. And I have for a long time joggled (more or less consciously) with the idea of “land lording” a Hub (now I know what it’s called J) – and since I (for now) regard an online community as a non-physical Hub, it all sort of makes sense...
The value it will give to my path is new capabilities in building sustainable communities with built-in learning expeditions.
What I see as a valuable
