Structure and content of the Finn site

What should be the main parts of the site, and how can they be organized for more than their sum?

Maja,

 

I love the way you've outlined the stucture of the site. This makes total sense to me, that it would be laid out in those two sections - one about Finn as a man (the personal) and one more concerned with his work in the world (public).

 

I think there is a potential invitation for interaction in both, as there was in his lived life. Perhaps this invitation would be focused in one place in the personal part of the site, and be extended in relation to each of the elements in the public part, i.e. his papers, ideas, organizational affiliations and activities, etc.

 

I'm presuming we can set up some tagging conventions that would allow people to search for the patterns between all of them, which is one of the great advantages to having them (all the conversations) here on the Nexus site (or links to related conversations happening elsewhere).

I guess that tina has more to this part of the site. There is also a
book he made just before he died, but it's in Danish right now and I
guess Tina has the rights, so I'll talk to her about what is going to
happen with it...

Finn also has more than 600 webpages referenced to him, outside the pages at Nexus. Many of them are talking about him, some of them contain materials written by him. We can make a collaborative treasure hunt involving other friends of his, after we built the basic site.
