Monday, siesta time

Axladitsa, Monday May 26, afternoon siesta time

The wind coming from the sea brings me the fragrance of the jasmine flowers. Delicious!
They grow here next to the terrace where I found myself a spot, hidden from the direct sun light. We are spending personal time, after an intense conversation morning. Maria and Sarah started off by recalling how Axladitsa-Avatakia came into being: from the very first idea of a learning centre in 2000, over buying the land and moving here in 2006, to now having a second Guardian gathering. They pictured for Ulrik and myself how ideas have shifted over time: from Axladitsa being a purpose ‘on its own’ to being a place that ‘hosts evolution of humanity to it’s next level’. Axladitsa is not a retreat centre, or another seminar centre, it is ‘a home where we live the future’. Living the future is living wholeness we saw, it is living ‘right relationship’ with all that surrounds us: animals, the land, our food, ourselves, the neighbors, time, money, use of energy, space, consciousness, mystery, …

It seems time for these place of wholeness to take form – not as a next view-age thing – but as an example for how we will need to live, and how we can live!,  in the future.

And yet… there is more… If I am grounded in myself and I have right relationship with all that surrounds me, and you too…. then what?

This whole conversation was to find the guiding question for our time together. What we finally came up with was: How do we live Collective Sourcing as our next level of human evolution?
Great.
Beautiful.
Then what?

We were still on comfortable ground… not in real creative chaos… not in the not-knowing…

So we started sharing around: What makes us tremble? Listening to the pattern in our answering stories we heard things like this: naming and speaking our knowing – make it explicit – scaling up and having impact – teaching? writing?

We left it there to simmer over lunch and the siesta time. It reminded me of the Tarot card we drew two days ago for ‘our future’, Queen of Wands. Meaning: the writer, the artist, the original thinker… feminine, creative, enthusiastic…

I am not sure the guiding question will stay the same…
to be continued!
