All befores, in betweens and afters

This is so nice!

Ashley, this is so nice! There is a big chance that we will use this tomorrow as a guiding meditation. We will let you know!   Thanks so much.

Inviting authentic presence into Being (part I)

Reading of the unfolding you all are experiencing is very exciting and inspiring. About a month ago I had a dream about Moving the Edge and this is a guided meditation that was written from that dream. It seems related to the fields you are playing in and so I offer it here.

Ria, thank you so much for taking the time to share with us views from inside your beauty!

Inviting authentic presence into Being (part I)

Please… rest in a place where all of you is safe to be free.
Notice that which is within you and that which is around you.
What are you aware of?

You, 100% allowed to show up as the most unique expression of who you are, a pure reflection of your being radiantly alive and open to this unique opportunity to be alive. What a gift this opportunity is.

Let’s take a moment to explore this sacred place. Where are you? Notice the details of this safe environment where you are completely free to just Be. This is a safe place where your uncertainties are allowed to exist, they just exist and you stay open, not contracting to their presence. Your curiosities exist, guiding your attention at times, inviting you down enticing pathways of inquiry… and then, just as they arose, they fade to the background returning to a space of silence.  In this safe space where you are free to show up and be exactly who you are in this  moment, your fears of not doing it right or not being good enough are allowed to exist. Whatever is present is allowed to be present: if you’re bored and feeling that this exercise isn’t really meant for you or that this process of being guided is too far from your normal modes of operating… it’s okay. Fears, boredom, and restlessness are completely welcomed into this space. …You notice them and breathe as they settle in to find a cozy chair in which to rest… they are present, but they are not the defining characteristics of your state right now. You are completely free. You are safe to simply rest and Be. Both the skeptic and the believer comfortably co-exist as all find place to rest in this sacred space where exactly who you are in this moment is the perfect expression.

Your attention begins to shift. . . and you begin to notice the details of your internal landscape. You are in a safe space. You are free to rest and simply be, whatever is arising in your awareness is accepted. You surrender to your moment. You notice that in some way, you are contained by a sense of safety. You become curious about this container of safety and begin to explore it…noticing details. You notice the size and shape, you notice the texture of the space, you notice your relationship within the container.

Notice your boundaries… Are your boundaries close to you, are they far away, do you have boundaries? Are you snugly wrapped in a tight cacoon with the essence of safety woven closely around your body? Are you held within an intimately condenced seed of essence, with pure safety radiating from your core?

Perhaps your boundaries are solid beneath you and expansively open around you. It is as if you are contained in a cradle of safety, gently yet fully supported as your weight gives way to gravity and you feel the contact of the ground beneath you. You are being held. You are fully supported. Above and around you is limitless expansion of pure essence, pulling your sense of self into ever expanding waves of Being. It’s as if this could go on forever, your sense of self repeatedly dissolving into billowing waves of pure space, held and supported in your container of safety, and eternally expanding into the void of unknown skies.

And maybe for you… there are no boundaries. You are floating. You are essence. The wind moves through you as it is you.

You rest in this sacred space, noticing and coming to know it as a place in your home, as your own (divine) temple.
