Searching For an Online Sense of Home
I just sent this (slightly melodramatic!) email out to those that are currently planning Evolutionary Salon 3. For whatever reasons, this site is not being used by (and thus not serving) the planning team of ES3. We need an online space to 'live' at... I have a huge amount of hope and faith that we will find one. We'll keep you updated!!
And I have a HUGE favor to ask... would you please offer me 2-5 minutes of your day (preferably right now). I ask that you read the question below and then offer the first thing that comes to your mind. You don't have to think about it... just share with me the first thing that arises. If you wish to spend more time with the question that is okay too, but I don't need big answers, just gut responses.
What keeps you from participating at Evolutionary Nexus?
This information would be so helpful for me and my efforts to support the whole and create an online space that will serve our Evolutionary Salon planning needs. There is such amazing conversation going on in these emails. I am glad that Tree included more of us in the conversation. We are not utilizing our highest capacity and serving the whole by communicating in this closed medium when the dialogue is potentially generative and empowering for a wider audience. I want to help us find a supportive online home... I need your help.
Thank you... and with love,
Ashley
My answer (ashley): I get frustrated really easily here. I don't enjoy being here. I am very interested in the content but my difficulties in navigating and lack of aesthetic enjoyment in spending online time here cause me to want to spend my precious online time in more nourishing places. A great example is that I could not find a way to reply to this post. I had to look around a lot and then finally just clicked edit....
