"This intergenerational collaboration will be an open, compassionate process, modeling the ability to collect­ively hold a multiplicity of viewpoints and paradigms. Our fusion can serve as a living example of a higher consciousness field that contributes to a system-wide social transformation."  
 
Translation: If we gather multiple generations in one location, open to our shared brilliance and release set patterns so we breathe as one, we might awaken minds and enliven hearts to transform society.
 
It Takes A Village: Intergenerational Programs That Work is a one-day conference on November 12th, 2007 hosted by Intergenerational Strategies.  Their keynote speaker will be Donna Butts, Executive Director of Generations United, who will speak about best practices in the growing intergenerational field.
